I think the delay due to covid-19,has nothing o do with FedEx.
I have received packages through FedEx from other sellers in India.
Why is your shop alone delayed even through Fedex?
On the day I ordered other sellers immediately sent their items to me using FedEx. Therefore they arrived quite earlier.
