今回メールしたのは、添付した写真を見ていただければ分かりますが
パッケージの損傷です。長い輸送なのである程度の損傷は仕方ありませんが、
破けていると流石に新品で売り出すことは出来ません。
それと××に二つともカラビナが入っていませんでした。

Why I am writing to you is that you might understand when you see the photos.but it is damages of the packages. It can't be helped because of shipping them for a long journey. But it isn't fit for selling as new one when the package is teared shown on photo. In addition, there wasn't two Carabiner included.
