①国際会議(カンファレンス)のポスターは二期に分けて(2種類)制作する。スポンサーロゴは後期制作のものに掲載されます。②2名様までご招待します。3名以上ご参加希望の場合は実費とさせていただきます。③パーティは委員会が講演者のスポンサー企業の方々をおもてなしする場としておりますのでスポンサーとなる企業に所属している方のみ参加していただけます。④振込依頼書を事務局より順次送付いたします。⑤会社ロゴ使用に関する規定や注意事項があればお知らせください。
1. I will create the International Conference poster by dividing it into 2 time periods (2 types). The sponsor logo will be placed in the one created for the latter period.
2. You can invite up to 2 people. If 3 people or more wish to join, they have to pay.
3. The party is where the committee members will entertain the sponsor companies of the speakers therefore only those who belong to the companies that will become sponsors can join.
4. The office will send request for payment by bank transfer in turn.
5. Please let us know if there are any rules or precautions in the use of the company logo.
