I told the seller to honor the refund agreement.

I believe the seller shall keep the promise to repay me.
However since my family mistakenly disposed the item I am not able to return the item.
This is my fault, so if a full refund cannot be expected, I would not dare to claim for it.
Nonetheless, the seller did agree on the refund either in a part or in full without returning the item from the start, so I think the seller is responsible to perform the agreement.

I think seller should promise the refunding.
But unfortunately my family already disposed the item my mistake , the item cannot be returned.
