I am a guide in charge of the activities. I received no contact neither from the website nor you at all.
When I received the reservation, I contacted the pickup venue and time through the website but I guess it didn't go through to you.
In the past, the website had some communication miss as well. I will inform the reservation site personnel too.
By the way, are you not participating the tour tomorrow?
