Who did you make a contact with? Someone on booking website?
I am a guide with activity. I had no response from any of website, you and others.
When making a booking , I noted the pickup place and time through the website, maybe it seemed not to delivered unfortunately.

The website used to have mistakes three time so far. I will make a contact to the person in charge at the website.

By the way, are you not willing to take part in the tour happened tomorrow, right?
