I would like to know your lowest price and quantity for ordering in bulk.

Is the ☆ you sell 0% glycerin?
If it is, please tell me the wholesale price and the minimum quantity.
We may make a purchase if it matches our budget.

Due to changes in Japanese law, products containing glycerin will not be allowed imports, so if you have any other products which are 0% glycerin, please let me know.

I sent a request for a refund on Oct 12 as the product had not been shipped, and reordered the product the same day. However, you shipped the product regardless of my request, making my second order redundant.
I requested to cancel the second order but you still shipped it.
I will send back the second order so please refund me the full amount.

It is possible to reship the item.
However, there is a possibility that the item will not arrive on your desired date.

In my experience, if the product was not recieved and sent back, there is a possibility that it may take around a month.

Currently, the item is in storage.
I don't know for sure, but is it difficult to contact the storage location and change the shipping address?

To reship again from Japan will cost $59.
