送金未着の件についてです。
日本の銀行で調査の結果、資金は10/2にアメリカの銀行に戻されています。
確認していただけますか。
私が送金先に指定した銀行は”☆銀行”ですが、
中継先の銀行である”Citibank”になっていたたために、
こちらで受け取ることができませんでした。
送金先は書類の通り”☆銀行”宛にお願いします。
”Citibank”はあくまで中継銀行です。
再度書類を送付しますのでよろしくお願いします。
そして手続きが終わりましたらまたご連絡ください。

Could you please check it?
Although I designated "☆ bank" for the money transaction, as it was "Citibank" was the transfer bank, it was not receive it there.
Please address "☆ bank" as the document tells.
"Citibank" is a transfer bank.
