Thank you for your reply, however, I do not understand what is the Paypal fee of -£6.32. Do I have to pay the Paypal fee? But as you accepted, the item has a problem and it's not my fault to return the item.
Additionally, I have paid £19 of shipping fee to return the item. Therefore you should refund me of the item price of ￡127 + the shipping fee of ￡19, the total amount of ￡176.
