今回のダメージは、同梱処理の際の、御社の荷物の配置に問題があったと思います。
荷物の取り扱いには改善すべき点があるように思います。
お願いなのですが、今回と同じようなフィギュアを
発送する際は絶対に箱から出してバラさないでください。
発送指示を行う前にこちらからもメールをさせて頂きます。
今後同梱依頼をする際
指定したダンボールを開けないように依頼することは可能でしょうか？？
