しかし顧客から注文後に「クリスマスに間に合うように発送して下さい」と言われたので「確約は出来ない」と伝えた所この注文は顧客によりキャンセルされた
その後クリスマスに間に合わないという理由でネガティブフィードバックを付けられました
以上で分かるようにこちらに非が無いのでこのフィードバックは不当です
削除してくれますか？

Originally I have set the shipping deadline long enough, and the suggested shipping deadline for this order was indicated as later than Christmas.
However after the order placement, the customer asked us to "ship the item to make it to Christmas". As we replied "it cannot be guaranteed", the customer cancelled the order.
The customer then submitted a negative feedback because shipping won't meet Christmas.
As you can see, this feedback is invalid because it is not our fault.
Would you please delete it?

Are you reapply sure if the item was shipped without a package as customer claims? Please be sure to pack it.
