I BOOKED THE VEHICLE IN FRIDAY. I ASKED THEM TO DROPED IT OFF ON THURSDAY OVER NIGHT. WHEN I COLLECTED IT ON MONDAY IT WAS NOT SERVICED. WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY SAID THEY FORGOT. I HAD TO RE-BOOK IT AGAIN FOR THE 17 OF MAY
車に見つかった問題を私に早く連絡すべきでした。車を引き取りに行った際初めて問題を知らされましたので不便でした。車を置いていかなくてはならなかったので。
金曜日に予約しました。木曜日の夜に車を取りにくるようお願いしました。月曜日に取りに行ったところ、まだ修理されていませんでした。理由を聞いたところ、忘れていたと言われました。5月17日に新たな予約を入れなければなりませんでした。
サービスアドバイザーではなく、受付で車を引き渡しました。
車を引き取った時に不良部分について、彼らはもっと早くに私に連絡を取るべきでした。
車を引き取りに言った際になって、初めて知らされました。そこを修理するために待たされることになり、本当に迷惑でした。
私は金曜日に予約をしました。前日の木曜日に車を引き渡すことを彼らに伝えました。私が月曜日に車を取りに行くと、点検は終わっていませんでした。理由を尋ねると、「忘れてた」との返答。そのため5月17日に再び予約を入れなければいけませんでした。
I WAS NUMBER 21 ON THE QUEUE, I LEFT MY VEHICLE THERE AND AFTER 30 MINUTES I RECIEVED A CALL TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE DONE SERVICING MY VEHICLE, FOR ME THAT WAS TOO QUICK, I'M NOT EVEN SURE IF MY VEHICLE WAS SERVICED, I WOULD'VE LIKED TO SEE THE OLD

I ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE GEARBOX FOR ME, THE GEARS CAN'T CHANGE FROM THE 4TH GEAR TO THE 3RD GEAR AND THEY TOLD ME THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GEARBOX. I HAD TO TAKE TO THIRD PARTY AND THE PARTY TOLD ME THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GEARS.

I WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE FOR A 257 000KM SERVICE BUT I WENT OVER THE KM'S AND I ONLY TOOK THE VEHICLE IN WHEN IT WAS OVER 300 000KM'S. THE INITIAL SERVICE WAS GOING TO COST R 2000 BUT WE AGREED WITH THE DEALER THAT I WOULD PAY AN EXTRA

THEY SHOULD IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE SEAT BELT COVERS AND THE CLIPS WERE WRONG I ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME OTHER CLIPS, THEY TOLD ME THEY REPLACED IT AND THE SEAT BELT WILL HOLD WHEN I GOT HOME IT CAME OUT AGAIN. I PHONED THEM

THEY DID NOT DO THE WORK PROPERLY ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE, I HAD TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER THE NEXT DAY, THE BRAKES WERE NOT DONE PROPERLY, THE HANDBRAKE WAS TOO TIGHT AND THEY DID NOT DO THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT.

THE VEHICLE WENT IN FOR A SERVICE AND TWO PROBLEMS, WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES THE THE VEHICLE SHUDDERS AND IT WAS STILL SHUDDERING AFTER THE SERVICE, THE VEHICLE WAS STILL JERKING AFTER THE SERVICE AND THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE OF R34000 TO HAVE THE FRONT
