I am sorry for the late reply. I asked our post office about your shipment yesterday evening, which is about 12 hours ago. They told me that the tracking number was in error and they were investigating the cause of it.

They have not given me official reply yet, however, they probably made a mistake. The tracking number might be late to be reflected on the system in spite that the shipment was proceeding without any problem or they have not sent it yet. I am supposed to get information about the current situation within today. Could you please wait a while until I contact you next?
