最近、火曜日に注文した商品が木曜日までにNYの支店に到着しないので困っています。
ここ最近の配送の遅れは一時的なものなのですか？

金曜午前中までにNY支店に到着した商品しか、日本への飛行機には積めないので、木曜日までには商品を届けて欲しいです。
遅れた場合は、日本への配送が1週間後になってしまうのです。

もし忙しくて出荷が遅れてしまう時期があれば、事前に教えてください。私たちは注文する曜日を調整します。
