As for sending the item this time, I believe that cause of the problem is not in our store but in post office.
In spite of this fact, I am at a loss in filing of A to Z very much.
The reason is that sales amount of our store goes down drastically if the claim of A to Z is filed.
The reason is that this sales amount is the only source of our home with father and a son.
If you had cancelled the item or requested refund in advance, I would have considered it seriously.
