先日届いた商品に、御社が商品を確認する際に付いたと思われるカッターの傷がありました
梱包用の箱ごと切られていたものが複数あります。
これでは私は新品で売る事が出来ません

There are some scratches on the items I've received from you the other day. I assume that the scratches had been made when you checked the items using a cutting knife.
There are even several outer cases that had been cut.
I cannot sell them as new items.

We have received some items from you the other day and found they had scratches which had supposedly been made by a cutter in checking the items.
Many other items are found to be cut together with the packing boxes.
I can not put them up for sale as brand new products.

Thank you for your assistance. There is cutter-mark on your last product. I think your company might make it when you checked products. Some products are cut whole packing boxes. Therefore, I can’t sell them for new products. I think that I will use your company, so I want improvement of your company.

The products we received in the last shipment had some products with cut damage. I believe it happened when you checked your products before shipping. Some of them were whole box got cut as well. Those products we can't sell as brand new products at the stores.
