先日届いた商品に、御社が商品を確認する際に付いたと思われるカッターの傷がありました

梱包用の箱ごと切られていたものが複数あります。

これでは私は新品で売る事が出来ません

私は今後も御社を利用したいと思っているので改善をお願いします。

Hello.
The products we received in the last shipment had some products with cut damage. I believe it happened when you checked your products before shipping. Some of them were whole box got cut as well. Those products we can't sell as brand new products at the stores.
We would like to continue good business with you, so please make a Kaizen plan for this matter.
