先日届いた商品に、御社が商品を確認する際に付いたと思われるカッターの傷がありました

梱包用の箱ごと切られていたものが複数あります。

これでは私は新品で売る事が出来ません

私は今後も御社を利用したいと思っているので改善をお願いします。

We have received some items from you the other day and found they had scratches which had supposedly been made by a cutter in checking the items.

Many other items are found to be cut together with the packing boxes.

I can not put them up for sale as brand new products.

I would like to continuously use your shop in the future, so kindly ask you for improvements.
