先日届いた商品に、御社が商品を確認する際に付いたと思われるカッターの傷がありました
梱包用の箱ごと切られていたものが複数あります。
これでは私は新品で売る事が出来ません

We have received some items from you the other day and found they had scratches which had supposedly been made by a cutter in checking the items.
Many other items are found to be cut together with the packing boxes.
I can not put them up for sale as brand new products.
