At H we periodically conduct strategic reviews of our services, products and customer accounts to ensure they continue to meet our strategic criteria and remain compliant with current regulatory requirements.
It is with deep regret that we inform you that we will discontinue providing you with banking services effective 07 October 2015. We were unable to complete a regulatory review of your accounts/s due to the non-availability of required documents/information from your end despite our having exhausted all reasonable means to obtain these requirements from you through Customer Service –initiated calls and Direct Mailers requesting for submission of the same.
Should you be unable to visit us, we will liquidate your holdings by issuing a cheque payable to the respective account names, net of applicable charges, fees and/or taxes, including unpaid instalments transactions of the credit cards, which you can pick up from the branch within 180days.
I will be gald to work closely with you with the view of resolving this matter permanently.
