おそらくあなたが不在の時に配達したのではないかと思われます。
「郵送物を受け取りに来てください」という不在伝票などがポストなどに入っておりませんでしたで

Thank you for contacting me. I apologize for making you wait for your package to arrive. I checked the following website for the Japan Post Office and it seems as though the package arrived at at the International Exchange bureau in Lisbon on 8/27 and was stored at the Handling Bureau "1000". But as it was stored for over 6 days which was past the maximum storage date it was returned to me. I believe they tried to deliver it to you in your absence. Would you have happened to have received a notice in your post while you were gone that stated something like "Please come to collect your delivery?"

We are sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your order to arrive.
We tracked the parcel in the following Japan Post website and found that it arrived in Lisbon at inward office of exchange on Aug. 27. After it was stored at the handling office "1000" for 6 days, it was returned to us.
I suppose it was delivered to you while you were out.
Didn't you find a delivery absence notice that says "Please come and pick up the parcel." in your letter box?
