下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、リスボンの国際交換局に8/27に到着し、取扱局「1000」
に保管されて、6日間の保管期限を過ぎてこちらに返送されてしまったようです。
おそらくあなたが不在の時に配達したのではないかと思われます。
「郵送物を受け取りに来てください」という不在伝票などがポストなどに入っておりませんでしたで

I understand the product still has not arrived, and I apologise for that.
As I checked on the Japan Post site below, it arrived at Lisbon international office of exchange on 8/27, was stored at handling office "1000" and, after the limit of 6 days of storage, it was sent back to us.
I presume it was delivered during your absence.
Didn't you receive any absence slip with a "Please come to claim your package" note in your mail box?
