ご連絡ありがとうございます。商品がまだ到着しないとのことでお待たせして申し訳ありません。
下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、リスボンの国際交換局に8/27に到着し、取扱局「1000」
に保管されて、6日間の保管期限を過ぎてこちらに返送されてしまったようです。
おそらくあなたが不在の時に配達したのではないかと思われます。
「郵送物を受け取りに来てください」という不在伝票などがポストなどに入っておりませんでしたで

Thank you for contacting me. I am sorry about the product that has not been delivered yet.
I checked the Japan Post website, it had arrived at an office of exchange in Lisbon on August 27th and held at a local post office “1000” for 6 days and returned to here after an allowable storage period.
I guess it would be delivered while you were away.
Did you not find a delivery attempt notice in a mailbox?
