Article 11. Report of duty and condition of assets
The directors in charge of duties must report duties and condition of assets of the company whenever it is requested by other employees.
Article 12. Remuneration
The remuneration of employees who perform the duties shall be determined by majority of the employees separately.
Article 13. Representative employee
The representative employee of our company shall be determined by selection made among employees who are in charge of duties.
2. In case where the employee who is in charge of duties in our company is one (1), this employee shall be the representative employee.
