この度は所有権者様並びAmazon様に多大なるご迷惑をおかけしたことをお詫びいたします。
今回のような過ちを二度と侵さないことは当社としても大きな課題です。そこで2つ対応策を考えました。
1.リサーチして準備した出品用CSVファイルにはASINがあるだけで、そのファイルからは実際に出品される商品のブランドなどが具体的に見えません。実際今回も出品のミスでした。
そこでCSVをファイルを読み込み、ASINコードから現在のamazon.co.jpとamazon.uk.co.jpの実際の出 品ページを表示し、確認した上で出品するツールを購入しました。これにより出品ミスを視覚的にも防ぐことができるようになりました。
詳しくはそのツールの画像を添付しましたのでご確認ください。
2..品禁止となるブランドの把握が困難なため今後一切カメラ関連の出品を行わないことを決定いたしました。
これに関してはカメラ関連に限らず、所有権者が存在する商品を把握するため、amazon内で参照すべきページやファイルなどがございましたらお知らせください。
この他に何か取り組むべき課題があればぜひアド バイスをお願いしたいと思います。
