I know what's right in Japan does not apply to your country.
However, please do understand business customs in Japan, too.
Japanese customers are very severe.
I want you to be more careful for sewing quality and keep delivery date.

For this issue I will make refund to my customer as I cannot make it till the promised date.
Sorry but please refund to my company or deduct $300 from next order.
The item is custom order and I cannot sell to others.
