昨晩、DHLから、サンプル商品の出荷と思われる書類 を頂き、 納品先が大阪でしたが、東京に指示を 変更致しました。 サンプルは本当に昨日、出荷 されていますか？ 展示会が近いので土曜日までには東京に納品したいのでよろしく お願い致します。

Last night, I got a document about shipping of the sample products from DHL. It said they will be delivered to Osaka, but I asked them to change it to Tokyo. Were they really shipped out yesterday? I want them delivered to Tokyo by Saturday because the exhibition is coming soon. I hope you will take good care of this. Thank you.

Last night I received a document from DHL which appeared to be of the sample shipment. It says that the destination is Osaka, but I changed it to Tokyo. Was the sample really shipped yesterday? An exhibition is coming soon, so I would like to have the sample delivered to Tokyo by this Saturday. Thank you veru much in advance.

Last night I received the document from DHL, which supposedly mentioned about the shipping of the sample product. Though I have changed the delivery destination from Osaka to Tokyo, has the sample been dispatched yesterday for sure? I would appreciate if you make sure the goods are delivered by Saturday to Tokyo as the exhibition is approaching.

I received a document which appears to be acknowledgment of shipping of sample items. The delivery destination was Osaka, but I changed it to Tokyo. Please make sure that the sample items were really shipped out yesterday. I would like to deliver them to Tokyo by Saturday, since trade show is just around the corner.
