We have been selling on the Amazon Japan as well as in all other markets. On the Yahoo Japan Auction, which is the counterpart of eBay U.S.A., we have such a setting to allow the prospective customers to negotiate discount.

This allows us to sell to those reluctant to buy due to the prices without affecting the market prices or the products' values.
