２．スーパーバイジング体制の構築
フランチャイズ・ビジネスでは、「加盟者の業績を向上させること」と「赤字店舗を作らな
いこと」を最大の目的に、スーパーバイザーと呼ばれる本部スタッフが加盟者の支
援を行います。

①スーパーバイジングの目的
SV は目的を達成するために、以下の活動を行います。

a.本部の理念・ビジョン・経営戦略・マーケティング戦略を加盟者に浸透させる。

2. Construction of supervising system
Headquarters staff called supervisor support the conference member for the purpose of ' improving the business of the conference member' and ' preventing the store from being in deficit ' at franchise business.

① The purpose of supervising
SV will work as below for achieving the purpose.

a. We spread the headquarters' idea・vision・marketing strategy to the conference member.

b.それらに基づいて行われる実践活動や店舗運営が加盟者に正しく理解され、実践されているかをチェックし、継続的に指導・支援する。

c.加盟者の意見を聞き、必要があれば本部の関連部署に情報を伝える。
また、SV にはこれらの活動を効果的に行うため、6 つの機能が求められます。
・コントロール（統制機能
・コミュニケーション/情報伝達機能
・コンサルテーション/経営診断機能
・カウンセリング/コンサルテーションの潤滑油
・プロモーション/販売促進機能
・コーディネーション/本部各部署との統制機能

b. To check if practical activity and store operation based on these are figured out properly and carried out, and support・guide continuously.

c. To hear the member store's opinion and convey the information to related department of headquarters if needed.
SV also need the 6 functions in order to carry out these activities efficiently.

フランチャイズはノウハウを売るビジネスと言われていますが、このノウハウを標準化し、
見える化したものがマニュアルになります。本部はノウハウをマニュアル化し、研修を通
じて加盟者に伝えることで、初めて加盟者の成功を支援することができるようになります。

・オーナー（店長）としての心構え、経営に関する項目

Requirement for construction of Franchise headquarters

A. Establishment of franchise package

1. Preparation・Maintenance for the manual
It is said that franchise is the business which sell the knowhow, but this is the manual which standardize and visualize the knowhow.
You will be able to support the success of conference member for the fist time by making knowhow as manual at headquarters, and telling it to conference member through the training.

a. Manual of managing the store
・Clause about visual and mind of the franchise.
・Clause about managing and attitude as an owner (store manager)

最近、「WRAP」の不良品率が高いです。大体、あなたの店から15個購入すると、１個は不良品があります。顧客から、「赤いランプがつかない」、「少しの振動で警報が鳴る」、「リモコンが作動しない」などクレームが来ます。これでは、顧客との信頼に傷がつきますし、私としても利益が損なわれます。以前は不良品はほとんど無かったです。出荷前に製品の検査をお願い致します。それか生産後に不良品がないか検査をしてください。これはお互いの利益、信頼のために書いてます。よろしくお願い致します。

We have been finding a lot of defective items of "WRAP" these days. I find 1 defective item out of 15 items I purchase at your store. I receive complaints which is like "Red lamp doesn't turn on", " Alarm goes off with a small vibration", "Remote control doesn't work" etc. from customers. This cause losing trust with customers, and losing our profits, too. We didn't use to see your defective items. Please check if the items are good to go before shipping. Please make sure to check that items have no defect after producing, as well. I'm writing this for the benefit and trust of each other.
