For instance, a flaw of 10mm in size on a bell, 3 dented parts on a tuning slide and lacquer damage on the slide. It was written on your item description that the instrument was in a mint condition. I am extremely disappointed as I was truly looking forward to receiving the instrument. I would like a full refund of $ 800.00 from you. I tested it, and I could tell that there was a leakage of breath when the first rotary was used. I am extremely disappointed as the condition is far from great in terms of performance. I do not mind certain dents and discoloration as it is a vintage piece, but I am not convinced when the instrument's performance is proved fatal.
