About another invoice, I need few days to open credit card payment limit, so I will make payment as soon as the limit is open. My judgement was that robust acrylic case was broken and it cannot be used, so I claimed for insurance.

I want you to report to the courier company that it was broken.
Without that report, it has to be investigated later and normally it takes time for refund.

So for our shop, I want you to agree to cancelling the order.
Full refund will be made immediately.

I will not withdraw claim for insurance, so please wait for a month till you discard the item etc.

Most boxes are broken (please refer to attached image).
We need to think about how to prevent this.
At the time I went to check, there was no such damage so I guess they must have been crushed for some reason when loading to container.
Can you think of any reason for damage?

2 kinds in attached photo (total 3 pieces) were damaged.
2 pieces of item number 001 are bent.
1 piece of item number 002 is bent.

There is no damage on outer packing box, so I don't think damage was caused during transportation.
I found damage on cosmetic box of the item when I opened it.
I will later place an order for other item, so I appreciate that you send replacement of above 3 pieces together.
