The crack on the leg of Figure A was mended with a white putty I bought.
I was able to mend it very nicely and it is back to normal now.
Both arms of Figure R with a blue mask on was broken from the begining.
Mask E's hand was the only thing that was damaged during the transportation.
This, too, was mended with a glue.
Thanks to your thorough packing, the damage was mitigated at its minimum, so I don't think the insurance needs to be claimed.

緊急度は「納期、締め切りに近いか否か」によって変わります。
ユーザーへの影響度合いは、その仕事がユーザーにすぐ影響することとユーザーの体験がより豊かになるかどうか
によって測ります。

最優先は緊急度が高く、ユーザーへの影響度合いが大きいものに着手します。

次は、緊急度は低いが、ユーザーへの影響度合いが大きいものに着手します。
これは中長期的にユーザーへの貢献のために準備をしていおく必要があると思うからです。

A job priority is determined by two axes called 'degree of urgency' and 'degree of user impact'.

The former varies whether 'the delivery deadline is approaching soon or later'.
The latter is measured to see how immediately the work will affect users and if it could enrich their experience.

The one we work on with top priority comes with high urgency and large user impact.
The next one would be of low urgency but large user impact.

lossが3%で洗浄ができなかった時に、設備は使い物にならないので、
やはり４％、５％、６％と増やせる設備にすべきだと考えます。

「３％しか絶対出来ない」というなら設備が機能しない可能性があるため、

Here is a comment from our engineer in response to your comment.

It should be okay if the loss rate drops from 4 to 3 %, but it is not 100% for sure.

The equipment would become useless in the event where the loss could not be washed at 3%, so we believe the equipment should be capable to increase the rate like 4, 5 and to 6%.

If "3% is the one and only option", we have no choice but rejecting the offer because there is a chance that the equipment would not fully function.

I believe it is a special design, have you already performed a verification testing, etc. with other companies?
