Record is in VG condition, borders on VG+. A couple light scuffs on both sides. Only one small scratch that can be felt that goes over track 1 and 2 on Side A, plays through with a light tick/pop.
Sleeve is in G condition. The front cover itself is in wonderful shape, with stiff corners. The back clearly had some water damage at some point, which has caused a bend/warp in the cover, and some staining on the back cover. See photos.
The labels on the record are in beautiful condition.
Comes with generic inner sleeve.

2. About the printing of technical conformity mark
I understand that mark cannot be printed to the product and package.
To obtain the certification of the technical conformity mark, the procedure for the printing of the mark should be noted in documents for the application.
Do you have any idea for the putting seal or something alternatively?
I have ever heard authority of certification of Japan says other companies put seal on the stocked products for instance. Such similar certified authority in the US might have any of ideas to let you know.

今回のA製品のMF変更をPMDAに申請をし、申請内容に対し、PMDAからお問い合わせをいただいています。1番から5番まで、全部で5項目ありますが、1番の質問にある、"missing of corrected and added to JDMF"と"Actual change"については、変更の申請時に、申請理由の項目がありますが、その中の二つです。追って、申請理由のリストを送付します。

We have applied PMDA for the change of MF of the product A at this time.
Regarding the application, we have received an enquiry from PMDA.
There is 5 categories from section 1 to 5.
On the question 1 saying "missing of corrected and added to JDMF" and "Actual change" means two out of the sections of "reason of application" when submitting the change.
