In the post-process, one goes to receive parts when needed, and as many as needed, for the pre-process.
And in the pre-process, one produces according to how many parts are received, and then replenishes them.

The reason of the success of Toyota's process method is not because of production management tools like "Kanban" and "KAIZEN," but because of its work atmosphere which allowed skilled craftsmen, working day and night there, to make constant efforts for improvement.

ゴールデンウィークの5月3日から5日の三日間、世界遺産・国宝の姫路城本丸に、幅90メートルの超大型３Ｄプロジェクションマッピング「HAKUA」が投影される。

姫路城は平成の大修理と呼ばれる6年間の修復工事を終え、3月27日にグランドオープンした。今回はそれを記念し「第66回祝賀・姫路お城まつり」の目玉事業として企画されたもの。

大天守だけでなく、西の小天守、チの櫓など、城郭の一部や石垣もスクリーンに見立てて、白鷺城とも称された美しい姿に、姫路城の歴史と輝ける未来を描きだす。

During 3 days from 3rd May to 5th, at the site of a World Heritage/National Treasure Himeji Castle Honmaru, the 90-meter-length super-big 3D projection mapping "HAKUA" is going to be projected.

Himeji Castle went through its repairing construction called Heisei Period Major Repair and newly opened on 27th March. The event of this time is planned to be the main program in "66th Commemoration -- Himeji Oshiro Festival" in honor of the open.

Not only Tenshukaku Castle Keep, but also several parts of the Castle and stone wall, such as Nishi no Kotenshu West Small Tower and Chi no Yagura Turret, are going to serve as the screen, and on this beautiful Castle also known as White Egret Castle one will see its history and glorious future images projected.

Amano-Ya was a well-established shop selling fermented foods such as Amazake, Natto and Miso since 1846.

The general meaning of "Kaizen," to improve in Japanese, is to turn a problematic situation into a new better one. In manufacturing industries however, it is used as a term which refers to a bottom-up activity run by factory workers' initiative.
By reflecting the wisdom of workers in structuring the production equipment, one can gain an advantage in comparison with other companies using the same equipment.
Instead of just purchasing things in need, one can try using one's own creativity to find a substitute, as well as producing or improving them, which reduces the necessity of large-scale investments.
