事前にダンボール梱包に発送してくださいとメールをし、過去の発送梱包について何度もクレームをしたにもかかわらず、また何も梱包なしで届いた。カスタマー部門もその事を配送部門に伝えたとメールが来ている。添付写真を見て見らうと分かるが、10個すべて箱が破損している。なぜ、ドイツAmazonの発送部門は顧客の信頼を何度も裏切るのか？発送部門の責任者からきちんと弁明のメールをもらいたい。そして業務改善マニュアルを提出してください。私は怒りを超えて、呆れている。以上よろしくお願い致します。

Though emailed to ship it to cardboard packing in advance and complained about the past packing, it came again without packing. I had a email to tell the customer department had told it to shipping section. You can see the attached photo, all 10 boxes are damaged. Why cannot German Amazon shipping section fails our reliability many times, I wonder. I would like to have explanation from your shipping section's personnel. And, please submit operation improvement manual. I am amazed beyond my anger. Thank you for you consideration of above.

ただ、残念ながらフランスからメキシコにはFedex、DHLどちらも直接送る便がないようです。
大変申し訳ありません。

ですので、一度日本のバイヤーの手元に配送し、もう一度丁寧に検品梱包をした上で、メキシコにFedexかDHLで配送します。

As I have finished buying items and arrive at Paris, I shipped them on 26th.
However, unfortunately, there seem to be no shipping directly to Mexico from France neither Fedex nor DHL.
I am really sorry.

And so, I will ship them to Japanese buyer first, and once again after checking and packaging properly, I will ship them to Mexico by Fedex or DHL.

Please understand as it takes a little longer time because of caring to arrive safely.

SONYとの契約更新は、私とSONY持株のA財務部長との話し合いによって、最終的に契約をすることが出来ました。SAPにとって必ずしも完全に満足のゆく内容ではなかったものの、今後とも、SAP/REPを使ってSONYの財務のグローバル化の推進が継続されることが決まったことを、私は大変嬉しく思っています。当初、強硬な意見を主張していた、SONY持株のBさんやSONYリースのCさんも、Tomさんの温かいご配慮を含め、この結果には感謝しています。

The contract renewal with SONY could finally go to contract by talks with I and the finance director of SONY. Although the content for SAP was not satisfactory, we are very happy as SONY's financial globalization using SAP/REP will continue in the future, too. At first, SONT holding company's Mr. B who insisted his strong opinion and SONY lease's Mr. C and including Tom's warm consideration are all grateful for this result.

さて、先週の金曜日に、SONYリースのBさんとSONY持株のCさんと彼らの同僚2名が私のオフィスに来ました。その時の議論を踏まえ、SAPに関連する最近のSONYの動きをご報告します。

１．人事異動について
一般的には、日本の企業では数年単位で人事異動が行われます。
今回、Bさんは他のSONYグループ企業へ転出し、その後任がDさんです。また、Dさんは同じ持株会社・営業部に新しく作られたグローバル部門へ異動となり、その後任はEさんです。一緒に来た2名とは、DさんとEさんのことです。

Well, last Friday, SONY lease's Mr. B, SONY holding company's Mr.C as well as 2 of their colleagues came to my office. Based on the talks, I will report late SONY's movement related SAP.

1. For personnel change
Generally, in Japanese companies personnel change is carried on every few years.
This time, Mr. B moved to another SONY group company and for him Mr. D took over him. Also, Mr. D moved to global department newly made at the same holding company/sales department and Mr. E took his position. Those who came to my office were Mr. D and Mr. E.

もちろん、この二人は、私は30年以上に渡って部下として使ってきました。特に、私は、Dさんの結婚式の仲人も勤めました。DさんとEさんは、私に対して、今後ともSAPのサポートを受けながら、SONYのグローバル展開を推進していきたいと約束してくれています。
また、SONYテレコムにおいては、財務部長のFさんが異動し、後任はGさんです。SONYビジネスの財務部長のHさんが退任し、後任はJさんです。この二人とも、私は古くからの友人ですし、定期的に意見交換を行っています。

Of course these two worked under me for more than 30 years. Especially, I also worked as a matchmaker for Mr. D. Mr. D and Mr. E promised me to continue to develop SONY's globalization with SAP's support.
Also, at SONY Telecom, the financial director, Mr. F moved. His post was taken by Mr. G. SONY Business's finance director, Mr. H retired and Mr. J took his position. These two are my old friends and regularly exchange opinions.

なお、今年は異動しませんでしたが、来年には、SONYグループの財務部門を統括しているSONY持株のKさんが異動し、後任には、私が推薦するLさんが就任することとなっています。Lさんは私が12年間直接指導した、グローバル財務のエキスパートです。来年には、SONYグループの財務のグローバル化は格段に進展することでしょう。
ここで説明した人事異動は、今年の7月以降に公表されるものです。それまでは社外秘としてください。

Although this year there is no rotation, next year, Mr. K who supervises the financial department of SONY Group will move. For his position, Mr. L will take it. Mr. L is a global finance expert whom I directly taught for 12 years. Next year, SONY Group's finance globalization will be significantly advanced.
The personnel changes I explained here will be announced after July this year. Until then, lease keep it confidential.

6月中旬の沖縄は台風のシーズンですので、人は多くありませんでした。
