First, your student visa's period is up to October, but if you are apply for a working visa, you can stay until December and so there is no problem about your staying period. At the moment, though you are applying for a working isa, issuing a working visa will be after submitting your graduate certificate, and so may be at earliest you can have it during October.

HC-8E is foreign mode and close one is HC-77B mode.
HC-8E hold about 77 ice cubes.
