We feel in trouble for fixing the cost of it.
It'll be effective to set the cost in an affordable price.

There're another point which we're worried about.
As GO28 is very large, so it'll takes high shipping cost and storing cost.

In addition to other expenses for importing, you need to pay for the cost for creating landing page for Makuake, taking movie fee, and pre-launch cost before Makuake (advertising operating expenses by SNS, such as facebook/Instagram, etc.)

実は工場側を説得して、出荷作業を進めておりました。
日本側のフォワダーと出荷日について相談しているのですが、GW直前で非常に船が混み合っており、配船が出来なかったと連絡を受けました。現状、5/7-8にフォワダー引き渡し予定です。
配船の問題のため、我々ではどうしようもない状況です。

宿泊費や交通費など諸経費の支払いについて確認させて下さい。
諸経費を一旦我々が立て替え、レシートを貴社に渡し、貴社が弊社に振込む形になるのでしょうか？

Now we're talking with forwarder in Japan about shipment date, but vessel is so congested before Golden Week, and we couldn't get space of vessel. So far, we're planning to pass our cargo to forwarder on 7-8th May.

フランジを交換するためには、製品のheadcapも切断して取り外す必要があります。
また、headcapの再製作が必要です。
現在のサプライヤーからの回答は貴社希望納期を満たすものではないため、納期短縮を依頼しています。

The issue we're checking with our supplier currently is, not due date of remaking the goods, but due date of modifying the current goods and cost effect. We're not planning to ask them to remake it from the beginning.

To exchange flange, we have to cut headcap of the goods and remove it.
We also have to remake the headcap.
We're asking supplier to make it earlier the due date because reply from supplier doesn't meet our demand in due date.

今までポジティブフィードバックを付けてくれたバイヤーが２ヶ月とか経過した後に返品したいとか、部品に不具合があるとクレームを言って来たことは今まで１度もありません。あなたが初めてです。このリールは私もしっかりチェックしていますが、不具合はありませんでしたよ。　新品のようなコンディションを望むのであれば新品を購入した方がいいと思います。もし不具合を主張するのであれば、購入してから１ヶ月以内にするのが普通です。２ヶ月経ってからの主張はフェアではありません。

I haven't received complaint from buyer, who has positive feedback to me, such as I would like to return the item 2 months after purchase, or there are defect in some part. You're the first case for me.
For this reel, I also checked its details, but there were no defect. If you require the conditions like new one, you'd better to buy new one. In case you insist its defect, you should insist within 1 month after your purchase.
It's not fair to complaint 2 months after your purchase.
