As I had some friends who passed by a similar process, it seems it is possible to apply for the work visa without the diploma (with 卒業見込み証明書), as long as we have the expectation graduation period. (One of the documents that I submitted to you last Tuesday).

My concern is that under Student Visa with part-time work permission (current 資格外活動許可 condition), I have a limited work hours permission. Can you confirm if my pay will be the same as agreed regardless of working hours under my student visa?

I really would like to apply for the work permit application this week or next week, since the process usually takes in average two months.

You have to decide where to sit before you get on. You should never change the place to sit on the lake.
You pull each paddle out right and left and hold them.
You move the paddle forward together with the paddle you pulled out right and left.
You move the paddle back together with the paddle you pulled out right and left.
If you want to make a right turn, the person in the right side has to move the paddle back.
If both people paddle together to the same direction, the gravity center gets unbalanced which will cause a overturn so do not switch the paddles.
Look at both ends and a wider one is a front.
As a canoe swings, hold it and get on.
Float a front side of canoe on the lake. A rear crew overstride the back end and sit to hold the canoe.
