I normally utilize a transfer service to send items to Japan. I have processed to send to Japan other 10 items that I ordered from you.

I would like to have a battery applicable to GoPro3, but I cannot return the battery that you sent me. It is prohibitted to send lithium batteries out from Japan to the U.S. by law.

Can you please let me know how to handle this situation, as I cannot legally send back the item.

バイヤー にRequest Feedback Revisionを要求しましたがバイヤーが回答を忘れ期限が過ぎてしまいました。

バイヤーにはフィードバック変更の承認は得ているのですが、どのようにして評価の変更を要求したらよいでしょうか？？

I requested the buyer to revise his feedback thorugh "Request Feedback Revision"; however he didn't complete it in time.

The buyer agreed to change his feedback. How can I change my review record under these circumstances?

こんにちは。先程、支払の際にクレジットカード情報を入力し、決済を行おうとした所、次の画面でエラーが発生したので、もう1度商品購入の手続きをしました。その時もエラーが発生したのですが、後からマイアカウントの受注のステータスを見たら、同じ商品が2件注文されていましたので、下記の注文番号のものはキャンセルして下さい。

Hello. Your online payment system gave me a technical error when I was completing a credit card transaction; therefore I needed to re-complete the transaction, yet the same error occured again. I checked my order status in my account and found that two orders were recorded. Please cancel the following order number. Please confirm when you compete processing the cancellation. Also, please rectify the technical issue of onine payment transations.

今日3足靴が届きました。早々にサイズ変更をして頂き、ありがとうございました。

ただ、赤×ベージュのバイカラーのサンダルですが、購入時に貴店のスタッフがこのサンダルも6cmのヒールが作れるというから、購入したのにも関わらず、今更3cmしか作れないと言われても困ります。それなら、靴を返品するので料金を返して貰うか、割引をするかして欲しいです。

また、電話で直接お話をさせて頂いた時に、男性スタッフの方が今回の返品にかかった料金（3120円）を返金して下さるという話になっていたはずです。

Regarding the sandals in red and beige, however, I purchsed them after I double-checked with one of your sales persons that it would come with 6cm heels. If you tell me now that they come only with 3 cm heels, I would like to return them and get a refund, or I should be eligible for some discount.

Also, when I called your store for exchanges, a male representative confirmed that I would recieve a refund of return shipping (3,120 JPN).

It seems like USPS found the box (where ever it was) and its on the move!

It skipped the 2 middle steps and is in US our bound customs!

Let me clarify the confusion.

I received a different pair of boots than what I won on 6/26 (Item #: 310408748645). The box indicates size 10EE; whereas the size of the actual boots is 9E. Please send me the correct item. The one that I won is black and lined, and they must be more expensive than ones that I received.

Moreover, I have decided to purchase the one delivered in size 9E. Therefore I hope you can give me some discount for the second pair.

先日購入したデロンギコーヒーメーカー（トラッキングナンバーXXXXXXX）ですが、昨日、転送会社から商品を受け取りました。しかし、箱の中に、descaling solution と書いた青いキャップの液体が入っていませんでした。以前、同じ商品を買ったときには入っていましたので、それがないことにすぐ気がつきました。もう１点購入したので、そちらを確認しましたが、もう１点の方には、ちゃんと入っていました。ですのでこの欠品を同じ住所に送って下さい。お願いします。

I ordered two DeLonghi coffee makers (tracking #: xxxx) the other day, which were delivered yesterday via a third company with transfer service. I noticed, however, that one of the packages did not include "descaling solution" in a container with the blue cap. I am confident that this solution should be included as it came with the same model that I previously purchased. I confirmed that the other package came with it. Please send this missing item to the same shipping address at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When we ship out our chainsaws, we put a warning message in all our boxes telling them about the chain break. You might want to write something up as well.
