We selected secured delivery method such as A, B, etc. to change.

Also, our staff in charge used to send out the shipment advice on the following day or the second day after the shipment.

私達は在庫を自社倉庫スペースにて保管しており、商品の発送毎に在庫管理ファイルを更新することによって在庫切れを未然防ぐようにしております。
また、一部商品については倉庫業者と契約することによって保管と発送を請け負ってもらっています。これも在庫管理ファイルのやり取りによって行っております。
月に一度の棚卸しにより、ファイル上の数値と実数のすり合わせを行っております。

We store the merchandise in our own warehousing room, and update the inventory control file every time we have shipment so that we can prevent the stockout.
Also, we outsource the storage and shipment of certain items by contracting with an outside warehousing company. We share the inventory control file with them, too.
We perform a physical stock count once a month to verify the quantities on the record to the actual on hand.

For last 6 years, we have been selling mainly outdoor and sports gear online from this shop.

Usually, EMS takes about 10 days for the delivery. The scheduled delivery may delay for the custom clearance in Brazil if they take time to process. Also, please note that this shipping charge does not include import duties in Brazil.

We would recommend you to confirm the amount of import duties with your custom office in advance since we can not assess it at our end.

We will ship the goods on Tuesday or Wednesday next week after they are completely packed by a professional packer.

The delivery scheme of the A store requires the courier to make a phone call to the shipping location before the delivery.
If nobody answers the call, they do not deliver the goods.
I cannot take phone calls for some reason.
However, somebody is, for sure, at the shipping location to receive it.
So, if they just delivered the goods, I could receive it, but they did not do that for that I could not take the phone call.
If your delivery scheme also requires an advance phone call confirmation, there is a high risk that I would not be able to receive the goods.
If the phone call confirmation is definitely required, please e-mail me so that I will let you know the number for emergency.

配送先住所ですが、遠隔地なので、発送はEMSのみとなります。EMSでの配送を手配してよろしいでしょうか？ DHL又はフェデラルエクスプレスですと34米ドルの追加料金が発生します。EMSは5-7営業日でお届け出来ます。

How would you like this order shipped, via our forwarder Yusen who will ship it to the closest airport and then contact your agent to clear customs which is how we do most international shipments or we can ship US International Priority Mail and they will ship to your door.

We won't have a cost on either of them until your order is boxed and ready to ship which will be Monday or Tuesday of next week most likely.

We can put the value on each box via Mail at less and hope that it will not get held up at all because they do not require the invoice rather a value of each box.

Let me know which method you prefer and we will ship accordingly.

配送についてはどの様にしますか？弊社で海外発送する場合に良く行っているのは、弊社の運送業者である日本郵船で最寄りの空港まで配送し、御社の代理店に連絡して通関する方法です。或いはアメリカの国際優先郵便でお宅の玄関先までお届けすることも可能です。

ご注文の品が箱詰めされ、配送準備が整うまで、どちらの配送方法についても料金は解りません。来週の月曜日か火曜日までにはおそらく完了すると思います。

郵便配送の場合、それぞれの箱に商品価格を少な目に表示することが出来ます。　インボイスは不要で箱に表示された価格のみですので、お待たせすることが全くありません。

商品説明には日本製と記載してありましたがこちらは○○シリーズの最初期ロットのもので、最初期だけ台湾製ということがわかりました。ですが現行品同様当時も新品で○○円で売られていたもので廉価品ではなくクオリティは確かな物です。当時売値が○○円するものを台湾に製作を委託すること自体異例で、そのくらい○○が信頼していた海外の工場に製作を委託していた経緯がございます。

We mentioned “made in Japan” as the product description, but have learned that the product is from the initial lot of oo series, which was made in Taiwan. Having said that, it was sold for JPY oo then as a new product, which is as same as the current product. It is not a cheap edition but with the reliable quality. It was unusual to outsource the production to Taiwan as its selling price was as much as JPY XX at that time. The background is that the plant in overseas had obtained XX’s trust that much for them to outsource the production.
