we still have 3-year-version in stock at the moment.
So we intend to deliver it to our partner as 5-year-version with adding 2-year license.

We are very sorry for the late reply.
RMA is 12.
As we mentioned before, the refund rate for unsealed item will be 50% of its price according to rule.
However, after some internal considerations about your mistaken order, we intend that refunding you 80%.
Once the item is return, we have to send it back to Japan, inspect it, and need to sell as a second hand so that it costs us.
It would be appreciated if you could understand that this offer is the best we can do and agree with it.
