お待たせしまして大変申し訳ありませんでした

返金に関してですが前回お伝えした通り一度商品を開けた物に関しては規定通り商品代金の50%の返金となります
しかしあなたが間違って購入してしまった事を社内で検討した結果、50%ではあんまりだという事で、結果80%の返金をしようと考えています
我々は返品された商品を日本に戻し検品し再度中古として販売する必要があり全てにコストが掛かります
この提案が私が出来る最大限である事をご理解頂き受け入れて頂ければ幸いです

However, after some internal considerations about your mistaken order, we intend that refunding you 80%.
Once the item is return, we have to send it back to Japan, inspect it, and need to sell as a second hand so that it costs us.
It would be appreciated if you could understand that this offer is the best we can do and agree with it.
