I was very surprised to rear the letter from Tom about ERM today.The contract with UK and EMEA are very different from the contract that we have offered to the head quarter currently, and it is a big problem. I think that we have to explain why those are different reasonably.

Sorry for late reply but we were working hard to ensure a possible delivery on time and positive reply has been received today.

I can now confirm that if we receive the order by the 14th of October, we will be able to deliver them end of December (around 20th). Note that we will deliver in December since after the 20th (exact date TBC) we will have our yearly inventory take until 20th of January (exact date TBC).

I would also advice the calf strap in croco print (brown or black depending of dial selection) that is matching better with this model.

I hope the delay will be fine on your side and awaiting your feedback on the final selection.

Yohei, Thank you for your interest, unfortunately, we don't have any room to lower the price on the CDT packs as it costs us nearly as much for us to make a CDT as it does the packs that sell for $100 more. We have actually considered cutting the CDT from our product line as it's just not a profitable pack to make, so we can't possibly lower the price anymore. It's strange, but in Japan probably 80% of the packs we sell there are CDTs, but in Korea, they don't buy any CDTs at all, only the larger packs. I'm surprised at how different it is/ thanks Chris

I want to confirm that I have the correct paperwork for when I drop my dog off at the airport on October 10. I’ve attached a photo of current rabies certificate. I recently moved to Japan and so the combination vaccine was done in America. I’ve attached a copy of the receipt from the vet’s office as well as import documentation showing this vaccine is still in effect and expires 13 October 2017.
