4月7日に発送したEMSがまだ到着しません。追跡番号で調べると5/4にロシアの税関オフィスに止まったままです。メールに添付している画像を確認ください。
日本の税関はロシアからの荷物は受付しているので、日本側の理由で発送できない事はないです。
日本の税関と郵便国際貨物に電話をしてロシアからの荷物は受付していることを確認しました。
どうしてロシアから発送できないのでしょうか?私達は3月から荷物をずっと待っています。

EMS which I shipped 7th April has not been delivered yet.
According to search by tracking number, it is still stopping in Russian customs office 4th May.
Please confirm attached image in email.
As Japanese customs accepts package from Russia, so there is nothing reason to be stopped shipping by Japanese side reason.
I have already telephoned to Japanese customs and International Postal Logistics and
confirmed they still accept package from Russia.
Why can not ship for Russia?
We are waiting for package from this March.

I think it will take long time about work at local site because there is a few person to handle it.
We can arrange to ship soon if take action to put hang tag in warehouse of customer.
About another brand products, we took priority for shipment first so already arranged for ship without work there.
Incoming stock about products which we purchased recently is already scheduled later than end of July.
Distance from their shop to warehouse is far from my shop to warehouse.

The record itself does have some light hairline marks, as with the sleeve it's generally ok but nowhere near mint. The surface marks are very light and superficial with no real effect on the sound other than a few light clicks on "Underground Girl" and occasional light crackles between tracks (not between every track, just some of them and even then it is light crackling not a heavy, log fire, type sound). The sound for the most part is clear and clean, no jumps, no sticking, this has been in my own collection for many years and I've been very happy with it, I'm only selling now as I've just got a NM copy as part of a large collection which has just been purchased.
