コロナウイルスの影響により、輸送力が著しく減少したことから、発送までに相当な時間を要する状況になっています。(速達扱いのEMS便でさえ最大4ヶ月程度の期間を要することが見込まれています) なので追跡番号もまだ反映されない状態です。(アメリカ宛て国際郵便物は4/24から引受停止になりました) ご注文頂いた時点では3週間位でお届けできると思ったのですが。このままでは大変ご迷惑をおかけしますので、キャンセルされますか ? 返金いたします。遅れて届く商品は受け取って頂いて構いません。

Due to the significant decrease in transportation capacity under the influence of COVID-19, it is taking a tremendously long time for shipment (Even the EMS, which is handled as express delivery, is estimating a maximum of four-month delivery time). So we are not able to even obtain the tracking number (International shipping to America has been suspended as of Apr 24). At the time when you placed your order, we assumed that it would be delivered in about three weeks.
As it will cause you a significant inconvenience, we will refund you if you would like to cancel your order. You can still have the item when it is delivered to you later.

Due to the influence of COVID-19, the transportation capability has critically declined, so the current state requires a considerable amount of time till shipment. (Even an EMS mail as an express service is assumed to take four months to get delivered in the worst possible scenario) therefore a tracking number has not been reflected as of yet. (An international mails for USA has been suspended since 4/24). Your order was believed to be delivered within 3 weeks or so though. It is likely to trouble you so much, so would you like to cancel your order? In any event you receive the merchandise as a latter event, you may keep it at your end.
