It might be possible to be shipped the item instead of that item.

I am contacting you because the item is missing in the package of AWB 392508021230, despite I found the item in the photo of the package.
But I found an unknown item that I didn't order in the package instead.
Probably it was wrongly swapped those items each other.

I give you contact because ordered product is not packed inside AWB 392508021230.
I can confirm ordered product in package picture.
And another product which I did not order is packed inside instead of ordered product.
I guess this product is replacing to ordered product with mistake.
Please confirm about it from attached picture.
