As I need to order even size L as well, I end up purchasing items which I don't need. I place an order for both mens and ladies as size balance is good. He has been ordering with us since we started selling these items. If we can only order what we wish to purchase, I don't mind the price becomes a little higher but if the condition of order is set like this, I hope your selling prices remain as before. I understand that the manufacturers accept orders from well balanced orders. If negotiating prices with customers makes it too late to place an order, it will cause problems in our future dealings.

As I tried to explain in my previous email, I need to wait 28 days before Dutch post can do something so today 28 pasted and I just called with Dutch post.
They just send me a form by email which I had to fill out and they will start an investigation now to look where your parcel is.
This can take some time but they always find it, in 12 years time we never lost a parcel.
In case they will not find it or when you receive the parcel, something is wrong with the model like a damage, please do not worry, in that case, you will always get your money back.
