I don't understand why you haven't received any payment yet. We've checked and we made the payment on April 22, 2015 - see attachment. The payment didn't come back, so as far as we can tell, everything looks OK.

Could you please confirm that all details on this payment receipt are correct? Then please double-check your accounts - is it possible that you missed it somehow?
