In my e-mail from May 13th, I wrote: "...checking to see if we have another box. My manager said that if we do, we would need to receive that one back from you and then we could send a replacement."

This was clarified from the 13th that we would need the box back in order to send a new one.

Please send the box back with the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box (only send the damaged box, do not send the watch box or watch, etc.). Once we receive that, we will be happy to send you the correct box back which my colleague confirmed we do have. As I mentioned yesterday, we have the right box to send to you. There is no longer an issue with that.

そちらを受け取り次第、当社は喜んで正しい箱を送り返します。正しい箱の用意がある事は別の社員が確認しました。
昨日申し上げましたとおり、お送り可能な正しい箱の用意があります。
この件に関してはこれ以上問題は起きません。

I don't quite understand the reason. Anyways, it is the packaging aournd the watch case, the size should be right for the product size.

Why don't you describe the packaging features to me by return.

This saxophone is far from "Excellent" product as you metioned!
At the moment, this not useable as an instrument at all and it needs a lot of repair.
(Even with the repair, I don't if this is going to be usable. This is that bad.)
You did not mentioned anything about these fault and you showed the pictures so that those faults won't be seeen. I claim a full refund including shipping cost!

This is a brand watch and it includes the box.
You told that it is okay because the watch case has no damage even the box was damaged.

I can understand that the damage was done to the shipping carton, but this box is a box made of high quality maker's cardboard.

I purchased a bran-new watch.
However, the box was delivered to me with sticky tape to fix the damage.
