私はＡを購入しましたが不要になりました。
そのためＡをAmazonで販売したところＢが購入しました。
購入者Ｂの発送先住所がＣでした。
そのため私はＡをＣに送ろうとしています。
どのような手続きをすればＡをＣに送れますか？

金額まではわかりませんが、そういったルールがあることをオーストラリアの顧客からは伺っています。

I don't know how much but I was told that there is such a rule from Australian clients.

For that reason, it's extremely likely that this transaction will be taxed.


By the way, we always add postal insurance for items over 20,000 yen.
(We pay for the insurance ourselves.)

This is so that if the item is damaged or lost during shipping we can return the money back to our customers without problem.

I think the reason is in the packaging.
Since it was a long and narrow cardboard the head was inclined to the edge and right where the head was is where the damage is. From now on please put it in a square box with lots of cushioning so the head won't hit anything. I know this is a bother but please realize that Japanese customers are extremely picky in checking the details.You also won't have any losses if you reduce the number of problems they have. Thank you for your time.

Even with a 12% discount it's $13.60

Right now the Japanese exchange rate is about 101 yen for 1 dollar, and with PayPal's commission it's about 105 yen.
13.6 x 105 = 1,428 yen.

And then with the 5% tax for customs added to it you really cannot make a profit.
I wonder how they're doing it?

Does your price include shipping?

What's their payment methods?

Would it be better to buy the power supply separate from ○○?
